It gives us great pleasure to offer greetings and a heartfelt welcome from Beta Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. located in Durham, North Carolina. Beta Phi Chapter has been instrumental in uplifting the Durham community since its charter in 1924. Beta Phi Chapter, known throughout the Sixth District, has a long, rich and storied history. More than a few of Durham's leaders in business, finance, politics, education, activism, religion, entrepreneurship, and youth programs have been members of our chapter, then and now. It is a tradition of which we are justifiably proud.

Beta Phi Hosts Historic 64th Annual District Meeting
It should be noted that Beta Phi Chapter was successful in producing a District Meeting of historical magnitude and one that “came off with a spirit of camaraderie that Omega demands ”. Your efforts as a chapter should be applauded, and have been recognized as exemplary by the Sixth District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Already, we have received countless requests to assist in the preparation and planning on almost every level for future District Meetings. This should stand as a testament to the work and dedication that the Beta Phi Chapter District Meeting committee provided.
